TPM was formed in 2026. The company is new. The person running it is not. Owner Trenton Gainer brings 15 years of hands-on building experience to the work, and he is on the job rather than behind a desk.
We say that plainly because it matters when you are choosing who to let into your home. A young company with an experienced tradesman running it is a different thing from a young company with nobody who has done the work. We would rather tell you which one we are than let you guess.
Bathroom remodeling is what we do most. We also remodel kitchens, install tile and laminate flooring, build fences, and clear land. Having one crew across all of it means a project that crosses trades does not need three separate companies, three schedules, and three people blaming each other.
We are insured. Every job we do carries a 10 year workmanship warranty in writing, which covers our labor for ten years. If our work fails in that time, we come back and fix it. We also offer 12 to 18 month financing, because a bathroom or kitchen is a large cost to absorb all at once.
We are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm, and we take emergency calls. Estimates are free, and we would rather come look at the job than quote a number over the phone that we have to change later.

Trenton Gainer owns and runs TPM. He brings 15 years of hands-on building experience to every job in Okeechobee and across the Treasure Coast. He and his crew remodel bathrooms and kitchens, install tile and laminate floors, build fences, and clear land. Trenton started TPM to give local homeowners careful work, clear prices, and a finished job that holds up. Every project is backed by a 10 year workmanship warranty.

Is TPM a new company?
Yes. TPM was formed in 2026, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise. What is not new is the experience behind it: owner Trenton Gainer has 15 years of hands-on building work. We back the work with a 10 year workmanship warranty, which is how a new company earns trust.
Who will actually be working in my home?
Owner Trenton Gainer runs each job himself, alongside his crew. He is the person who gives you the estimate, and he is the person you talk to if something needs sorting out. You will not be handed to a salesperson at the start and a stranger on site, which is a common complaint about larger outfits.
Are you insured?
Yes, TPM is insured. We can provide our certificate of insurance on request before work begins, and we would encourage you to ask any contractor for that, not just us. It is a reasonable thing to check, it costs you nothing to ask, and any legitimate company will have it ready to hand over.
